- Returns of items in NEW condition are accepted within 5 days of purchase with return authorization number. Personalized or discontinued items cannot be returned. Prior authorization is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We gladly accept cash, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
